I was happy to see that dearpersonco.store had more sizes than I usually come across online. Like i said, it’s just nice not to feel so limited when you’re shopping. Picking my size was easy, and it fit about how I expected. Like i said, finally having a better size range made the whole thing way less annoying

I went on dearpersonco.store really wanting to like something, and a few items did catch my eye. But as soon as I saw the prices, it reminded me of that disappointing feeling when you get excited about buying something and then realize it just doesn’t feel worth it. The products look nice, but not enough for what they’re charging. I ended up finding similar stuff elsewhere for less, so I closed the site without buying anything. Maybe it works for some people, but for me the pricing just felt off.

Checking out was simple enough, and I paid quickly with the order confirmation coming through right away. That part was totally fine. I just felt a bit dismissed overall, like once the payment went through, there wasn’t much effort to make sure I actually felt taken care of

They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but a few of the messages were kind of unclear and I wasn’t totally sure what they meant, so I had to ask again a couple times before I really understood the update...

To be fair, my package did arrive in decent shape, so that part was fine. But the order itself wasn’t quite right — I got the wrong color, and one of the items was missing. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took a little while and I had to explain the issue more than once. Not a total disaster, just frustrating when you wait for something and it’s not what you actually picked.

I also asked about doing an exchange, but I never really got a direct answer. The tone of the responses felt kind of dismissive too, like I was being brushed off instead of helped. After going back and forth with no real progress, I’m not sure I’d order from them again...

Am I the only one who doesn’t get too worked up over slightly late deliveries? It did show up later than expected, but everything arrived in good shape. The packaging was okay too, nothing amazing but it did the job.

I found a few things I actually liked, but when I got to the payment page, I got a little nervous?? There just wasn’t much clear info about security or buyer protection, which made it feel a bit iffy... I did end up placing the order, but honestly!!! I didn’t feel totally safe doing it.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I actually got. The item feels cheap, and all the vague promises about quality didn’t really add up once it arrived. I expected a lot better for the price, but it just doesn’t feel worth it.

There were some decent personalization choices, but I was already feeling mentally drained, and the preview didn’t make things much easier. It was kind of hard to trust how the final version would actually look.

I ordered from Dearpersonco because I was trying to find something a little cute and personal without spending forever searching around. The item itself was alright when it showed up, and nothing was damaged or anything like that, so in that sense it was fine.

The part that made it not really work for me was that it didn’t feel very gift-ready once it arrived. The packaging was plain, so I had to unwrap and redo it myself to make it look nicer. Not a terrible purchase, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again if I needed something to give as a present.

The order itself was fine, no real issues there, but the refund took almost 3 weeks to come through. Support did reply when I reached out, so it wasn’t like they ignored me, but everything just felt slow, really slow. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

As someone who actually relies on reviews before buying anything, I really don’t think it’s okay to make up customer experiences. It’s better to share what genuinely happened to you in your own words so other people can make a fair decision...

I ordered a hoodie and a cap from Dearpersonco a few months ago, i’m kind of mad because I was expecting the usual disappointing online-store quality. But nope, the print still looks clean after a bunch of washes with no cracking, and the embroidery on the cap is tight with zero fraying. Now I have to blame them for making me want to order more. Better than I expected, and yeah, I’m happy with it.

Had to reach out to support and they got back to me way quicker than I expected. The replies were actually helpful too, not just some copy paste stuff. Happy with how easy it was.

For some reason, a few of the replies just didn’t feel very real or personal to me. Some of them came across like they were copied and pasted instead of actually written for the conversation

The site looks nice overall. It’s clean, easy to browse, and I do like the softer colors. That said, it feels a bit basic in places, haha, and a few pages could probably use a little more detail or personality. Not bad at all, it just didn’t really stand out to me.

It showed up overseas faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I was totally calm about it, obviously, definitely not checking the tracking more than once. No issues at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by how soft this feels. It’s not scratchy at all, which is a big plus for me. I wore it for a full day while running around and moving a lot, and it stayed comfortable the whole time. Definitely practical if you want something you don’t have to keep adjusting or thinking about. I’d buy it again
